So here’s the inside scoop:
Dr. Nimi Dhillon is a board-certified pediatric dentist who was brought up in Monterey, CA. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA, after which she completed a general practice residency at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her passion for working with children led her to pursue her pediatric specialty training at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was able to provide patient care in both clinical and hospital based settings. She mentored and taught pediatric dentistry to dental students during residency and volunteered in numerous community outreach activities providing accessible dental care and school based oral health screenings. Dr. Dhillon was awarded the ABPD Richard C. Pugh Achievement Award for scoring in the top 3% nationwide on her pediatric written board exam and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Dhillon is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association. She loves watching her patients grow and strives to provide a compassionate environment leading to positive dental experiences and a lifetime of good oral health.
